Promake, the AI platform that lets small businesses manage their entire operations through a single chat interface, has closed a $4 million seed round led by 212, Türkiye’s first venture capital fund, just four months after its global launch. Ak Portföy VC Fund, Arya VC, Gelecek Etki Fund, JIMCO, and Maxis Ventures also participated.

The platform consolidates website creation, e-commerce, payments, and digital advertising into one AI-driven conversational interface, removing the need for technical expertise. CEO Emre Tekin said the funding would accelerate AI infrastructure development, team growth, and expansion into new markets, with the long-term ambition of giving more than 500 million SMBs worldwide access to enterprise-grade digital capabilities.
